Sat and talked to this nice old man for a while. We were making Sorgum I believe.
Kind of like sugar cane, the horse powers the grinding wheel, which crushes the stalks and produces a clear sweet liquid!
Pretty horse.
Dee enjoyed feeding the stalks into the machine.
There were old tractors galore!
Finished up with a visit to the apple store!!
